Can I return my order?

If you receive your order parcel in a damaged condition (during shipping), or if you have been sent the wrong item(s), or if you have received your product in a worn out condition, we will be happy to assist you on a priority basis and provide you with an exchange for the same product - do reach out to us at hello@tahnee.in within 3 days of receiving your order.


If you are not satisfied with your order and wish to return it, a refund will be issued within 15 working days after the product is returned to origin. Decisions on refunds are taken after a complete inspection of items and we request you to return the product in the same condition as received. We will be happy to assist you on a priority basis and provide you with an exchange for the same product - do reach out to us at hello@tahnee.in within 3 days of receiving your order. Shipping fees, Transaction fees and aplicable taxes are non-refundable.


Kindly not that we keep record photographs for all our orders before they are shipped, hence it is mandatory to film an unboxing video if your sticker on the box is not intact, and/or if there are any signs that the parcel has been tampered.


Can I cancel my order?

All purchases made on tahnee.in or through our authorised stockists are final.


Cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. If the order has not been processed, a refund will be issued within 15 working days. Transaction fees and applicable taxes are non-refundable.


We do not process refund requests for orders that are already dispatched.
